Let us try to make sense of many things that we feel in advance for the record it is not there. Why do we have to do that for the sake of the old men and women of the time that lapsed through out the years. So many people with many ideas that we could pick up just one and then work our ass off to make sure that it will be completed within the boundary and we may have the operations in the night of the new year.
There have been so many changes over the years but the aim remains the same. We do have people come and go in and out of the office but we have the identity to still make it to the dateline every time we submit the proposal. Some work really hatrd but they produce very little. Some work very hard but they are doing the wrong thing and they will never actually learn from the mistakes. But we may be taking the matter lightly until the company runs out of money. Do we feel that we should have done better in the past and actually follow the head instead of the heart? We may never know because this is the real world and we should not be thinking what could have happened and that will bring us backward instead of moving to the brighter future.

The weekend is here and we hope to eliminate the disappointment that we lost the game last week. We were in front and we let them came after us and we paid the price of not managing and killing the game. We look forward to a home game and we cannot be expecting to win every game when the league is so tough and any team can beat any team in the week. The games are coming thick and fast and we are having a mid-week game after that. We do not want to look beyond this week's game and we must channel the frustration to win this one in front of the home supporters.
We move along and find that it is hard to be cool and at the same time trying to concentrate on the matter at hands. We trained every day and that coach told us to make sure that we eating well so that we keep our body healthy and fit through out the season.
It is a pressure to maintain a high standard let alone to make sure the writing streak is not broken. We must be thankful for the things that we have and the things that we received from people outside of the family. Thank you and that will be the gratefulness that we talked about.
There is nothing personal on the working through out the platform in the city and that we must be able to conclude the positioning of the matter cards and papers for the meeting with the third party vendor. We do not have to do that on weekly basis but we must keep our communication constantly using the email and any means of social media that we can but not to expose the sensitive information to the public. That can be harmful for the business and that we all depend on the successful of the project launching. We do that in the coming months and we shall see the results for the farewell present to the chairman.
We do crazy things and that we are trying very hard to understand the position that we are taking with the language barrier. Some may be kind enough to point out our mistakes but some make take it privately because they do not want to embarrass the other party in public. We do not want to be perceived as the devil's advocate through out the negotiation and that we may find our position in the company in jeopardy.
We do need the experience that we have all along working abroad that will help us to train the new people so that we are consistent in making the decision from the bottom to the top management of the company. Many do not care but we must not take that for granted. We must work hard and mane sure we execute the standard operating procedures correctly through out the day that we are working in the office.
We are at the end of the road and we are facing the decision that we have to make the right or the left turn. We flip coin and we seek to understand the situation more clearly.
