There is such a familiarity that we sense the monetary rewards all over again. People are scrambling out to go as far off the grid as they can and live off the land by their hands in the garden and also attending to the livestock. There are families out there making money out of nothing but dirt and they are doing it for the fun of the time that they are having. There is no pressure because they only do it when they are required to do so. Most of the time they live with the surrounding and they grow their own food. Once in a while they will go to the town to buy some supplies other than that they are doing fine in the land that they own and try to stay as healthy as they can.
There are also pressing moments that they will stay in the loop for many reasons and perhaps they will see to it that what is the chances they will take in the measurements for the future generations. They did this because they had to and that they are tired of the township and the garbage that they did not collect and also the noisy neighbors. They left all behind for simpler and out off the way life. They still get in touch with people over the Internet. They are not totally cut off they do not want that at all. They are just trying to have a living environment that is more in natural sound.
Towards the end of the period, some of the participants are trying very hard to stay focus. They have been doing this for the past few days and they are running out of energy to stay awake and also contribute ideas to the sessions that they are in. Some may have totally lost it and simply trying to see through the last hours for the final get together. They will be released and go back to where they come from in a few hours time but they still need to finish this final hurdle. It has been tough for so many of them. They were not use to have all day brainstorming sessions and they are exhausted. They are tired of screaming the ideas out and they are tired of getting into arguments in the groups sessions. They are also exhausted trying to draw and explain to the entire group their ideas and also the way to implement the ideas. They are now relieved from the camp and they went back to their home later in the evening.
We do not have any idea how to go about getting the people out there. They are all required to gather around the camp fire and try to understand the situation and give suggestions to improve the community and also to communicate with each other. They are used to have all the communication devices and they text each other so often. Now they do not have to do that. They have the people in gather around the place and they can start to talk to each other. This is better because we can have an honest conversation and also see the emotion when we actually face each other. Texting is not something that we should do too often especially when things are urgent and that we need to complete the matter in urgent sense.
Why we are still in the path to the argument that we all have the chance to make all the noises and be little of each other. We have the pain all over the body and yet we still have to blame others for that. We cannot help it because we do not have the ability to show case the opportunity that we may have to be so sure with the chances that we have. There is no clique in the team and the boss knew that to get some ballots for the sleeping and roommate assignment. We do not have the chance to make to the permanent job that is required to be trying all the above and that we have the final say to push each other with the people in the wall of fire. There will be people with light advantage but that does not mean anything if the others perform as well as they are required to do so.
Many have tried to go the opposite direction and some actually exceeded the expectations and became major success stories. We do not have to follow the flow all the time. We can go the opposite direction and still be successful.
