It has been tough since around 8 in the evening and yet we are still on the verge of the encourage time and sense for many things in the past few days. We do not have to engage with a lot of people and machines to get things done. We tried very hard to get to the bottom of the problem and work ourselves up to resolve all the issues. That is the way that we wanted to tackle the idea and then provide guidance and leadership to the people especially the young ones for them to carry themselves in the future. There are a lot of potentials in the group. They do have to understand that some of them are not going to make it to the big league. They do have to keep themselves healthy and away from any injuries. But at the same time they have to make sure that they give 100% to the cause and many will have to be under strict supervision.
We do not have to measure the strength and also the weaknesses of the component when we till think that people will have the same advantage as the immigrants coming into the country. They are all here for a reason and that they wanted to make a living and bring some money home for the families. A couple of them have been around for a few years and we can see them on a daily basis. There are also plenty to talk about in the conference room and yet the people are going to the international summit to discuss the agenda to cover the world. We do not have that kind of intention in the beginning. It is getting bigger and we have to work harder to make this happen. There are people who wanted us to fail and we can understand their frustration after the losing end of the offering. I still cannot care about that and we may have to abandon the thinking of others while we are doing our part of the deal.
We are not even half way through the session and we feel that we have been here for ages. The little disturbance in the middle area is not going to go away sooner and we intend to ride this thing off anyway. The veteran is in the house and we can see them aging and also being more expert in the field. They do have hand on experience during the early days and now with all the computers and also the gadgets that we can build they fell differently.
In the beginning it was just a pilot project to see whether the kids will understand the concept. But now we have to step it up to actually have application to the solar system that we have managed to setup in the house. The battery is not suitable but we cab still show that it is working and we can try it out on small electric devices such as charging the smart phone and also operating the diffuser.
It has been a hard day and we are still working to complete the model for the presentation to the potential buyer. We are so frustrated that after so many years we never make any contact and I do have many things in advance to seek out the explanation with the committee members. Never mind the foul languages but we still need to complete this matter within the team members. Some of us do not like each other but we were assigned in the project by the big bosses and we have just to get it on and get along until we finish the work.
Small time vendors are trying to get into the major submitting the tender process and we are still at the stage where we feel that we can do the job but we do have to quote a huge fees for the man power and also the finished design. We do not compromise on the quality and we always have good references. The old man from across the river will be very pleased to show us his mansion on the hill. One of our most expensive project and that the customer is really happy. He even said that he would not mind paying more in the beginning. We maintained excellent relationship with this customer and we are able to get more project from his businesses and also his business partners.
