Who do we love? Who do we hate? Do we choose or it comes naturally? Who cares? Many do actually but when do we all love each other and then may have many reasons to break them apart? These are the things that we may have inherited from a long time ago and that the subject was not important at that point of time. It may also may not have been understood for time time scale that we do isolated through out the drought and also the flood and the big sound that broke the land and the mountains. The rains and the pouring over the rainbow that we could not touch but admire.
Then there is again the kissing sound and the sketching of the control buttons that can be moved through out the agenda and that the drawings are all good. We may have the best formation in the city but we do not have the people to make sure it run smoothly. We cannot afford to get other people to run what we are in pride and and we do have to do this on our own backyard. The learning curve is steep and that we have to work very hard for almost everyday to just make sure it run. There is little time to seek out improvement for the time being. We must build upon getting more people to love and admire the situation and come to join the force in getting sure this operations are successful and help to sustain the lives in the city where we live.
The happiness will come but we do have to ensure the pain sooner rather than later. We do not need to be so bold about the people that we have in the support team. They are there on merits and they are committed to what they do. They have been doing this for years and that some of them are third generation operatives that can handle the situation when the critical path gets in the way. We do admire them. They are dedicated and they are ever so willing to fill up the front line when the time gets tough. They are the tough ones and that they deserved to be admired and given extra bonus at the end of the financial year. They do not seek for that. They work because they knew that we needed them. That is what it is all about. Nothing more. Nothing less.
We do not try to commend on the situation where we are physically not there. There is no point commenting the the politics of the USA when we are here in Malaysia. They have made the decision and let them do what is best for them. No need to pass any remark and make fun of them. We get angry when they make fun of us and that is the reason we should stay away and focus on what we do best for our family and our country.
People are the same where ever we go. There are the best people around and there the worst people around. My e-commerce experiences taught me that. We are almost the same but of course we live in different environment. Different type of land, different system, different religions and so on a so forth. But we are still human at heart and that makes us similar. To that I will continue to do so and that we have to be able to make sure that we go by the day and that we try to make sense of what is happening and try to arrive to a decision that will benefit the people that we care and love and of course oneself.
There is nothing that we stay for the changes and go away with the nice song that can bring the joy to the world in sleeping with the fan running all day long. The noise is unmistakable but we still manage to do so. What went wrong is something that we do not need to find out in the circumstances and that we ought to get out of the woods first. That is the goal and that is something that we have to work hard on every each day that we are walking here on planet earth. Why do we call that anyway?
