there has been confusion about the situation and there has been decision made upon the wrath of the people from the management meeting. we are at the outside of the circle and people can try to make fun of the situation. we in return should not be mocking the people that have been working hard to get into the new generation of system and try to make sure that they will be successful and also be a head of the competitors. but we cannot be saying that we are getting things for free and that we will get into the business so fast than the industry out there. free does not mean excellent and free does not mean free. nothing is free in this world. sooner rather than later we have to come up with the money that we cannot afford to seek the truth behind the legacy that the people have put up with. we will see what happen at the end of the year and these people will be smiling and then go again to get more that what they needed. nothing else matter and as long as we are in the good relationship with the decision makers we are fine. there is lack of transparency and something fishy going on when the same people having to adjust the position when they are making those final say about the operations and also the projects. we dare not say things in between and we dare not to be wonderful for all the belongings in the world that not many will penetrate through the end.
