we can go direct. why would not we do so when the time is right. when is the time is right? we may never know. we think and we make decision and wee how that planned out and things like that.
we can no longer be so sure when we do have the control and people are all over the place to keep in touch for that matter. we do not have to force the bring out into the table upon which we do not need to be so sure the over all contribution from the people in the technical area and also the fitness coaches. their job were over at the middle of the day on a daily basis. after that they look for things that is not right and make adjustments and tweaks and talks and discuss and also notes to be taken down for the next sesssions.
we may have heard this before but we are speculating and that is not really good. we do need concrete stuff and we do need to be on top of the area that we are weaken and the emotional portion of the elements that carried a lot in the years to come. people do hosting and people do journalism and things like that. people entertain and people make jokes. sometimes it will go for the good but sometimes it will not. we do have to feel free to be reluctantly talk about possibilities that we are not alone in the word that we can be in the mountains and also at sea and be brave to what we see each day and then we can broadcast when the time is right.
people are not stupid and people are not going to take things for granted. but people always look for the easy way out and squeeze the reasons and things like that when the approach did not went down well. they are very much reluctant to accept that they have done wrong and also wanted to justify the situation with vague concepts that people are having tough times talking and thinking about it for the rest of their lives.
we do not need this. we need simple and clear picture forward.

obviously, this is a basic step in my life that i have to embark. from being a student into being a working adult. the job offers basic monthly salary that can actually pay for my living expenses and then perhaps i can start my savings for the future.
the job gives me something to do on a daily basis and that is basic human activities to improve themselves and the world and other people's lives.
the job provides me a platform to support my family especially my younger siblings are actually in colleges and need money for their personal and school expenses.
the job also bring food to the table for my older parents. they are no longer working and living on the small amount of money they managed to accumulate through EPF during their working years. every now and then relatives will give them support and then we can survive.
the job gives me the opportunity to grow and mature in the world. we do need experiences to go from the lower level to the higher level of employment. the job provides the platform for me to learn the basic of things in this industry and will make me more understanding of the business world. i will woke hard from the start to know and improve the job scope and also learn about the business. i will work hard to ensure that i adhere to the company rules and regulations and also try to ensure that what i do will have positive impact to the company and things like that.
i do also realize that i am depending on the benefits that the company is providing at the moment and i want to make sure that i will not take that for granted and be respectful and things like that.
my father told me that we have to work hard for the right reason. i do not want to work so hard for the wrong reason such as for the overtime claims. we do not have to do overtime if we do our work properly and then finish the job before end of the office time. working overtime during the weekend due to uncommon circumstances is different. there could be emergency situation where the manager or the owner required us to come back to the office and finish off some kind of tasks. that is different. else we do not need to do that.
we work hard for the right reason.
