I never fancy anyone who does not make any effort to make sure what they plan will go through. I hate it when at the last minute they say something else and make changes. I am mad if I got to be the substitute person for the task that the person supposed to do in the first place. That is plain disrespectful and stupid. Then you wonder what is the priority to that when something else comes along the situation is rather smooth and planned to the very detail.
Let us see what is there to be surely thought about in the minimal way of getting this done and getting out of the woods. I am still in the woods and that cannot be denied. The loop about the friends and the former schoolmates is there and I need to get rid of the thing fast. There is no time for food this morning because I have lost the appetite at this moment. People do not care about things and that make me angry and frustrated and things like that. I am not in a good condition to do many things and I still manage to get things done that are not being appreciated most of the time.
People take for granted that we are in this so-called togetherness and that is pure BS. We are here because it is like arranged marriage some sort of and you never actually know what you get because people tend to show off or pretend to be what they are not most of the time. Therefore arranged marriage is far better in this case. Just like hiring people for the office. It is like the arranged marriage. We only know what was written on the paper and from the interview that we had for like 30 minutes or so. Then we make a decision on that. I think up front we have to tell that we are doing this arranged marriage thing and we all better be open about both sides. There are shit all over the place in the office and we cannot deny that. We do not tell these prospect because we do not want people from the outside to know what is going on in the office. There are a lot of rubbish and shit people in the office and we have to acknowledge them. If we are afraid that people will talk about the office so be it.
We do have the obligation to speed things up and see that we can try and exercise the mind with all those acronyms. We can see that some may be relevant to the group and yet again we all have been there before. There are a lot of regrets in life. There are a lot of good things in life. We cannot be leading the way of positive thinking all the time and ignore the bad sides of life. That is pretending and I do not like that. We have to tackle things head on and make use better in the near future and really teaching the kids the real world applications. That is one of the most important tasks that we have to make when we are raising kids in the house.
We want them to grow up and be a good person. If they can be excellent that will be so much wonderful and great for them. The seed will start to grow and forever we have good people in the family tree.
People always think that they have to be excellent to do things. To be excellent and exceed expectations are hard and that is why people give up before doing anything. We should be aiming to get things done as it is. Then we make sure we do some thinking and improve things when the similar event come along. That is how we do it. The culture is so engrossed with the bonus minded people at the end of the day and always thinking that doing a simple job is actually doing something excellent. If you have to make a sale of RM100K per year and you did just that, meaning you are good at your job. Excellent means that you exceed expectation. We expect 100K but you delivered 300K. That is excellent but we have seen people manipulating the situation and simply targeting lower that what they can do. They do not care. That is not their money. They run the place and that can do what ever they like. I think they are all laughing in the boardroom or at least laughing in their heads.
